On-time Delivery Claim Form

If we have failed to deliver your single wide mobile office or storage unit by, or on, the agreed upon date, we will issue you a credit* for one month's rent (up to a $500 maximum amount). You must submit your claim using the form below within 60 days of the actual delivery date.



Terms & Conditions

Certain restrictions, exclusions and conditions apply. Guarantee applies only to new orders for single-wide mobile offices and storage units ("Equipment") with a minimum lease term of (6) months. Furniture and other Value Added Products and Services (“VAPS”) are not included. If Williams Scotsman does not deliver the Equipment on or before the date promised in writing by Williams Scotsman, and such delay is not attributable to the customer, third parties, site conditions or events outside the control of Williams Scotsman, Williams Scotsman will issue a one-time credit to the customer for one (1) month of base rent, up to a maximum amount of $500 ("Credit"). Such Credit shall be applied on customer's future invoice. To qualify for the Credit, customer is required to submit a claim in writing by using the on-line claim form at www.willscot.com/the-ws-difference/service-support/on-time-delivery-guarantee-claim within sixty (60) calendar days of actual Equipment delivery date. If customer does not comply with these conditions, customer is not entitled to such Credit. Williams Scotsman is not required to respond if the claim is not received within the time limits stated herein. Customer must be in good credit standing and current on all payments and/or obligations to Williams Scotsman. This guarantee is the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for failure to deliver the Equipment on or before the agreed delivery date. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the Williams Scotsman lease agreement ("Lease") and is conditioned on the customer providing a firm, level site that is easily accessible by Williams Scotsman’s standard truck/delivery equipment and disclosure by customer of all known site and other conditions (e.g., utilities, security clearances, site access restrictions, etc.) which could potentially impact delivery of the Equipment. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the site is ready for delivery of the Equipment and obtaining all permits, governmental, site and other approvals necessary for delivery of Equipment. On time guarantee excludes acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, windstorms, war, terrorism, unforeseen loss of employees or facilities, highway restrictions, road closures, traffic delays, accidents, regulatory, governmental or site access delays, customer's failure to disclose all site or other conditions, delays caused by third parties, mechanical failures, impediments to delivery or other events outside the control of Williams Scotsman. This guarantee can be suspended or revoked at our sole discretion at any time without notice. Offer void where prohibited by law.
