Installations and Site Work
Our skilled craftsmen comply with all applicable codes and can provide turnkey services.
First, we help you prepare for delivery. We provide clear instructions regarding accessibility requirements for our delivery vehicle and site preparation to assure the ground is firm and reasonably level and can support the weight of our trucks and the unit.
Other preparations may be required depending on the unit you choose. For example, utilities are required for most units other than storage containers. Classrooms may require foundations and special permitting.
We’ll guide you every step of the way to make sure your site is properly prepared. We will also help you navigate and comply with local ordinances, which may require further site preparation such as concrete footers.
Delivery and Setup

Our crew blocks and levels the unit, and installs all accessories ordered such as stairs, ramps and decks. Tie-downs and anchors may also be necessary for mobile offices, classrooms and complexes. We can also join multiple floors for complexes or link a unit (such as a classroom) to an existing structure or another unit.
Relocations
Our professional drivers and crews can move your mobile office, storage unit, container office, classroom or modular complex to another location as your needs change.
If relocation is desired, we will adhere to the same thorough process we followed on initial delivery to assure ideal site placement and proper setup.
