A two story dormitory project was designed, allowing the college to maximize the number of students that can be housed in a dorm of this size. The room layouts allowed for four students in a large open room with a separate study area and a shared bathroom. By having four students per suite with a shared bathroom, plumbing requirements were also minimized.
