Florida Classrooms
Florida’s 67 school districts must provide adequate classroom space for students while dealing with strict financial limitations. Increased student enrollment and mandatory class size reductions by the beginning of the 2010 school year call for an innovative space solution.
Utilizing relocatable classrooms is a quick and economical way to meet the requirements of mandatory classroom size reduction. The following are the maximum number of students allowed per the "Class Size Reduction Amendment":
- Prekindergarten through grade 3 - 18 students
- Grades 4 through 8 - 22 students
- Grades 9 through 12 - 25 students
