Williams Scotsman employs its own team of service professionals to handle delivery, installation, carpentry, foundations, electrical and maintenance of our products.
Project Management and Site Supervision
Williams Scotsman's project and site supervision insures complete control throughout your project. The result is a quality building delivered on time as specified.
CADD & Design
Williams Scotsman has its own in-house CADD Department and Design Team ready to assess your needs and develop the design and specifications that will best solve your needs today and tomorrow.
Service Warranty
Every lease is covered by a Williams Scotsman Service Warranty. This covers the building, all its components and maintenance resulting from routine wear and tear to your building and equipment. Consumables such as HVAC filters, fuses and light bulbs are not included. Every sale is covered by a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty.
Turn-Key Service
Our Modular Building team can offer full turn-key service to you and is dedicated to providing you with whatever support you need for a successful project. With Williams Scotsman as a single point of contact throughout your project, you will enjoy better communication, coordination and accountability. Translation: fewer hassles as well as cost and time savings.
