Lease-Purchase with Third Party Financing
Commercial
Corporations, partnerships, LLCs, etc.
Municipal
School districts, state or county governments, police departments, etc.
Charter Schools
Treatment of the charter schools varies according to individual state laws; therefore, charter schools must be quoted on an individual basis.
Indian Tribes
May qualify for tax-exempt financing or treated as a state commerce deal.
Federal Entities
Must be financed through Williams Scotsman's Lease-Purchase Program.

Purchase Option
New Units
- Williams Scotsman calculates the future sale price of the unit
- Customer can apply a percentage of the payments made over the term of the lease as credit towards the future sales price.
Used Unit
- Williams Scotsman Finance Department will calculate the depreciation expense on the unit
- Customer can apply a percentage of payments made over the term of the lease as credit towards the future sales price.
