How does the V3 Guarantee work?

If we fail to deliver your single wide mobile office or storage unit by the agreed upon date we will issue you a credit for one month rent (up to a $500 maximum amount). You must submit your claim, within 60 days of actual delivery date, online at www.willscot.com/ClaimForm . **

Value3 x On-Time Delivery Guarantee = V3

**Certain restrictions and conditions apply. Guarantee applies only to single-wide mobile offices (furniture not included) and storage units ("Equipment") with a minimum lease term of (6) months. If Williams Scotsman does not deliver the Equipment on or before the date promised in writing by Williams Scotsman, Williams Scotsman will issue a credit to the customer for one (1) month of base rent, up to a maximum amount of $500 ("Credit"). Credit memo can be applied on customer's future invoice. To qualify for the Credit, customer is required to submit claim as set forth above, within sixty (60) days of actual delivery date. Customer must be in good credit standing and current on all payments to Williams Scotsman. This guarantee is the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for failure to deliver the Equipment by or on the agreed delivery date. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the Williams Scotsman lease agreement ("Lease"), including without limitation Sections 4 and 5, and assumes disclosure by customer of all known site conditions. Customer is responsible for obtaining all permits, governmental and other approvals necessary for delivery of Equipment. On time guarantee excludes acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, windstorms, war, terrorism, unforeseen loss of employees or facilities, highway restrictions, closure, customer's failure to disclose site conditions, impediments to delivery or other events outside the control of Williams Scotsman.
